Hi ho, well busy day here, missed my bloody lunch so ended up with a carpy stale sandwich and now starving. Plus it looks like its gonna be another FUREEZING night again.
Anyone doing any exercise at the mo as I'm put off with all this sub zero temps :(

As I've driven home the temperature has dropped from 0 to -1.5. I'm thinking turbo trainer tonight, although I would like to maintain my nearly perfect record of running almost every day this year. (4/5 so far - not counting today yet!)

wow - every day this year! I'm impressed :rolleyes: I turbo/ran bricked last night and my knees are killing me :eek: not sure what to do tonight:confused:
