Kendal Winter League - Fell End Clouds

Sunday 8th Feb

The Fell End Clouds race is in doubt because of laying snow which is making the course treacherous. There will be a stewards’ enquiry on Friday and the result posted on www.helmhillrunners.co.uk. Please consult the website before travelling to the race.

I've decided to cancel it and I thought you should be the first to know.

The snow on the paths is ankle to knee deep, and deeper off the path. Plus the parking is not available due to the drifts.

I'll confirm what this means for the number of counting races later.

Sensible thing to do Alastair..may have been a problem for people getting there, not least of all with the parking issues as well.
