Tim Davies ran the Great Welsh Run in Cardiff on Sunday.
Alun Vaughan had an injury a couple of weeks before the race & decided to drop out of the team. Like Roadrunner he had an individual entry & decided to run.
Lloyd was at the Dolomites Skyrace on Sunday - not sure why he couldn't fit both races in. He normally manages 2 or 3 races in a weekend.Quote:
