You had a good run i see ( as usual ), your gettin quicker every race you do,I did'nt shout ought to you as you looked like you was diggin in hard,last time I took me eyes off were i was goin' i ended up on my arse and a long time no runnin' !

I was abit disapointed in a way.
I struggled with my stomach for some reason as i didnt seem to like running fast for 6 miles....had it not troubled me i think i would have been able to push more but i couldnt and i gave it the best i could.
Need to work on my flat speed as well...i watch helen fines just disapear into the distance.
