If he had been naked up on that moor today there would have been nought to see .... it was too cold!!!!! ... it's got a bit of a ring to it that though "The Naked Man of Midgley Moor"
Thanks for a great race.
I would have claimed my KISS at the end but you appeared a little pre-occupied with the results.
Good race, good organisation and great value with the tea & bicuits at the end.
My time will come Maloni.
Now then so Wood how can you claim your Kiss if I dont know who you are, this has been going on sooo long now Iv told you dont be shy and make yourself known.
Nice you turned out for the race. See you soon.
thanks for a great race
Well done the Godsman gang for putting on a great race! All impeccably organised in just the right spirit for a low-key fell race....although 124 runners this year!
Me and Kirsten had a lovely day marshalling and enjoying watching all of you struggle up that last slog up the hill. Well done to you all - almost everyone had a smile on their face and we got lots of "thanks marshalls", what a great lot fellrunners are.
Id like to say a big thanks to the organisers for putting on such a great race. It was my first fell race but it wont be my last. Loved it.:)
Great race, and the best conditions for it that I can remember. A bit nippy, but no gales or clag, and perfect underfoot. The large expense of heather burnt back between Crow Hill and the fell stile made it much easier both to find a good line across, and to run it. It sounds as if Karl took full advantage of this. Even I knocked a couple of minutes off my previous best for the course!
Thanks to all.
