Great stuff DT. The haiku would really be like the society motto almost it needs to encapsulate the poetic and athletic. And colour wise i definitely agree with DT i think the poll is the only way.

Verse, perspiration,
Heart pumping inspiration,
Run,Write,Live.

Don't know if it is an haiku but it is the best i can do.

ps tri just spotted yours , cool...it will be difficult to decide.....we could have individual haikus with a poetic society emblem...oh i dunno

Those other two eclectic and eccentric Clubs the Steam Bunnies and the Fell Ponies have black and white vests.

We would need to be different - after all our use of words is more colourful!
