Is that the same wolves who's fans were on the pitch smashing stuff up the other week?
Not a good advert for supports of football clubs.

He helped put MCFC back on the footballing map and will be sadly missed but never forgotten. He has a place in our history and he deserves it.
Tactically I thought Mancini was very good reacting to events on the pitch but the starting eleven for the team he was playing was always a bit hit and miss. I never thought he got the best out of the squad he had. If he had played Costel Pantilimon then the keeper may well have saved Watson's header.

If they'd of been playing Hartlepool they might have won the cup

Will you be making a trip to the seaside at Morecambe next season Rev, with the Monkey Hangers, Pompey and hopefully Bradford if they get duffed in the play offs next week, there should be some bumper away followings at the Globe Arena

You are joking? I like City but Mancini is completely clueless on occasions, like bringing Tevez off yesterday. I've never been convinced by Mancini and I'd like City to now follow United's lead by promoting a proven manager from the lower leagues, someone like Edgar Davids.

It added to the myth for sure.. but you could then say the Busby Babes would have dominated so much that we'd have had that anyway..
City though have made themselves look a joke here. I liked Mancini, but the players know they can turn on the manager and he gets sacked.. not them.. its just the wrong way to run a club. TBH Pelligrini? is a risk, he's done well but also not well at other places. Mancini is a proven winner, time and time again, and a young bloke. City could have dominated with him if they'd just given him stability.
Its why I'm so pleased United gave Moyes a 6 year contract from the off.. a very bould statement.. thats a 30 million pound investment.. nice touch.

You're right. United are going to undertake massive changes at both manager and board level and now would be the time for the likes of City to capitalise on the uncertainty.
But then this? I think Mancini's made mistakes but so did Ferguson in the early years. He's got them to two FA cup finals in three years and won the league once; compare and contrast to the previous three decades. Absolute madness on the owners' part.
That said, I'm looking forward to the Victory parade tonight. Danbert, we can compare notes next week over whose is louder and better this year ;)

No doubt we will be hearing that 600 million attended the parade only for the Greater Manchester Plod to say there was only 25,000k. It is bad of me to hope someone falls off the top deck of the bus? :p
