Not doing bad managed 3 races in the last 5 days so quite pleased plus a 5 mile PB in the middle race. Possibly 10k Sunday at Whitley

800m at our club on sunday in the cheshire league :)
will prob be mainly concentrating on track this year and throw the odd 5K road race in aswell :D
