Print outs are fine. If not just end up trying to spot runners on the far horizon and follow them instead!

Daz - that sounds a perfect forecast, I'd be quite happy if it was like the LTOB but a bit cooler. I've invested in a lovely OMM smock though just in case of rain. I'm sure you will be well on course for your target time. Are you and Ruth still running together?
