think i may be up for this, is it 19th for the actual run at 11am meet in keswick car park (where ever that is) and night of 19th for getting slaughtered?

Correct, but the start of the trot will be from Scales.

We are all staying in and around Keswick, where all the Saturday night action is taking place... only the run is from Scales. We will all pile into cars and drive there and back for our run :)

Right i emailed the hostel 2 days ago,had no reply,tried the book online bit and it says there are no beds available for the night :confused:

how did you lot do it?

I phoned up. Sent some emails with other names on yesterday. Tried following up today with a call, but in the car and lost reception. Will try again tomorrow.

I have a babysitter....now just need a place to slumber! There's a million B & B's in Keswick....why is it so difficult to get one? Why are they all 2 night stays only....how annoying! The search continues...
No more dithering for me! ;)
(Does anyone have a spare pair of running legs I can borrow please....only lycra covered ones with shorts on top will do! :p)

I've let you down, I've let the Forum down, but most of all...

Seems I was given duff info by a new member of staff at the Denton House hostel t'other day: each of you will have to contact yourself.

Give them name, tel no, and that you want breakfast (or not) and obv when youcre going :rolleyes:. If you want to be kept together, let them know you're with the rest of the Fellrunner's Forum Xmas party, and they'll stick us in the same dorm.

Guy I spoke to confirms loads of spsces left, so don't panic!
