I remember he got a bad injury round about November and he's never been on the forum in ages.....does anybody know how he's doing?

I've hurt my butt :( I'm sure there is a proper technical term for a pulled glute but that's just what it is and it really hurts and I've to sit in a car driving soon for 4 hours and I'm feeling sorry for myself and needs lots of sympathy and and and :rolleyes:
