Blimey, it's been quiet on here since my last visit! Well, I lost 5.2 lbs last week (weighed last thursday for that one) and my next weigh in is this friday (shifts getting in the way of life again!) so that's just over a stone now. Steady progress, which is pleasing.
So is it weigh-in day today? So why am I first then (not counting PB's Imperial nonsense)? 66 kg. Nearly there...
