It appears from the Glossopdale Harriers website http://glossopdaleharriers.wordpress.com/ that the Herod Farm race on Wed. 16th April is no longer registered with the FRA. The notice states that it is now registered with Scottish Hill Runners. It was originally included in the 2014 FRA Handbook and Fixtures Calendar as an FRA race.
