After a bad week in bed with the tonsillitis and then another week of generally feeling shite I went our for half an hour on Sunday in the midday sun and almost killed me sen! Felt good though but I'm passing in the race this weekend and saving it for the Trundle in May. Do not want a repeat dose of tennis ball tonsil.
Over 12 hours sleep last night then 20m in the hills, last long run before 3P
Sub 30 2 Bridges run, dodging all the Easter tourists! Yeehah!

Ben Each and Stuc a Chroin today mostly on the race route 8.5m with 4000' ascent. Fantastic run in glorious sunshine. Sometimes when I get days off on days like this I love my job. :D
6.5 miles - 85% off road not that it made much difference as even the usual muddy paths down in the woods are close to bone dry - so definitely not wearing fell shoes for Saturday's race.
Lads Leap is bone dry. Just done 8 miles running to it, on some part of the course and back home Nice night for running.
Just been up over Shire Hill and Mossy lea and thats bone dry too. Had my normal road shoes on and they were fine
