Right, I think this is the final entry list. As far as I'm aware I've fitted everyone who wanted to race in, so if you think you've sent me an entry but don't see your name please get in touch. I make it 198 runners. A bumper year. Will keep the snow situation under review as the forecast has changed quite a lot since I checked it this morning!

Weather wise - what the good Lord giveth, the good Lord giveth.
Had a very satisfactory warm up in the hostelries of Hebden Br last night and will be venturing out into the bog later today and will report on ground conditions so long as I am not sucked into a swamp along the way.
Are we dibbing or punching tomorrow ? 198 is a magnificent turnout, although I fear it will only be 197 as my co NFR runner is injured, either that or he couldn't face the obligatory Friday night warm up!
Getting excited now; I've ironed me lucky shorts :D
Have a good un tomorrow everybody-see you at the Cock hill road crossing. Bob the Dog - do hope you have an incident free day tomorrow - finally !
I'm sweeping with Tim tomorrow so good luck everyone and please stay safe and don't get lost!!
Went out from Old Town to High Brown Knoll / Cock Hill and then back again to the finish this afternoon. Ground is as good as I have ever witnessed. Quite crusty and hard in places but beware the crust giving way and going up to your knees in the gloop which I can bear witness to !!
Bit of a breeze but sunny and grand visibility. If it stays that way tomorrow we shall have nothing to complain about.
Thirsty work and have a 6pm rendezvous to test my ability to bend my elbow with glass in hand.
Arrgh! So I printed the weather forecast off earlier in readiness for tomorrow, and it said cloud. Now it says cloud, mist, light snow and rain. Bring your winter thermals and warmest kit everybody and hopefully the forecast will change again and bring sunshine. Bloody weather.
I just put CP2 clippers out, hope to f*** i got them in the right place!
I went over the same ground as Bob the Dog yesterday and he is spot on, here are some pics

Only my feet got cold!
The weather forecasters appear to have agreed that you're not going to be able to see your hand in front of your face tomorrow. Whether anything will be falling from the cloud you are wading around in is anyone's guess. Since James the human compass Logue isn't running, there's no guarantee that the front of the field will be heading in the right direction. But I'd really appreciate it if you'd all please try not to get lost. Please? And if you do get lost, you will of course be carrying all the necessary kit to make sure you can look after yourself while you follow your compass back to civilisation. Won't you. Ta very muchly. See you tomorrow...
My knee isn't up to an outing tomorrow, so I've pulled out, but poor visibility sounds great...;)
Good luck to everyone, wish I could be there. See you next year.
Sorry you can't make it TF.
I stopped to take some calls yesterday; and when you stop it is bitterly cold.
I hope no one has to stop, good luck everyone.
Have a good run everyone. Me and Stef have MANflu (well, I do, Stef has a bit of a cold), so won't be there :closed:
Looks like the fairy's forecast is spot on! Hope you all ate plenty of carrots!

Big thanks to Hannah and all her helpers for a great event today  Great time by Karl, he must skip across those bogs  I just sank in thigh deep
Thanks to everyone for a great day today. £82 pounds raised for Salford Hospital so thanks also for that. I have a couple of hats, some gloves, a rucksack, a pair of shoes and a mug. Let me know if they're yours and you want them back. Some cracking photos here http://www.lensworks.co.uk/trogwinner2013/ I am off now to eat pizza and drink beer for the rest of the evening. See you next year!
Nice how Karl got his race number as his age.
Well done to all.
Echo all that - great day out despite the cloying bogs which just sapped the energy out of my feeble legs. Wet conditions underfoot in the Pennines in early February - what ever will JBF think of next?
By a grand stroke of good fortune I am overnighting in Keswick ahead of a day out tomorrow. A friend has told me the licensed trade in these parts is in need of a bit of a boost and so have volunteered my services. Don't expect anything coherent any time soon.
OK, so I know that somewhere there's a time missing so that lots of people have been given the time of the person who finished after them, but I can't quite figure out where. I think it might start around position 80. If anyone has timed themselves could you PM or email me your time so I can try and sort the results out? Thanks. (Arrrgh!)
