yeah that would be great,i live about 10 minutes drive from delph and there are some good runs around my area,about 10 miles would suit me but i'm not picky,i could suggest a couple of good routes aswell in the chew valley area if you dont find anythingQuote:

Ran round the 2007 Kinder Trial course. Very enjoyable and even managed to see the Rocky Knoll clearly!
7.8 miles big hill to start, over norland moor in a circle, big descent to finish, cracking day. Only one problem, rottweiler 2 inches from my leg, growling and looking hungry, owner shouting don't worry he won't bite. She made me feel a lot better!
