I've caught a 70's cold virus that was lurking in the kitchen and got distrubed when we had it ripped out and refitted. Tragedy, when your nose is blocked and you've got no soul it's tragedy! That was what it was singing as it sucker punched me.

Stuck in the office. Eating a red apple was the most exciting thing that has happened today. Single Speed MTBing tonight!!!
