Another kg gone, which takes me to 79. Still moving in the right direction. Would like to move faster.
I have been out running. Seriously accelerated training for the Edale Skyline 21 miles sat, 12 yesterday 10 this morning. Doing wonders for the weight control, I can eat what I like. I am a tad below 71Kg now.
When a few more people have input their change I will update the table.
PB what weight do you want putting down?
I suppose I'm about 92.2 now, in metric stuff. I wouldn't bother amending it yet though, I'm getting weighed on friday this week so it's only a couple of days away and I'll have hopefully lost another couple of pounds/a kilo or so...
87.2 for me.
Slowly but surely getting there.
I'm happy with my steady progress even though it is a small loss. 65.5kg please. I am definitely running faster up hill, so it's worth the effort.
Just had my annual weigh in at my mum's...not a happy bunny! Two pounds heavier than normal (at least).:angry:
