Rich, you did pretty well considering you were feeling as well as looking edgy.
Could be someone off here, he said hi to me as we passed, he could be eyeing up Crumblydown, he's far prettier than me, or Mrs. Crumblydown who's far prettier than me and Crumblydown put together:wink:
6.45 Rich, cracking time considering you didn't feel 100%

Thanks Steve- paying for it this week though - legs shot and feeling completely lethargic. Rest is the order of the day
Re: High Peak 40 Challenge
How are the legs, Rich? They must have recovered for a good blast this weekend?
I've just uploaded a brief and belated report.

Was waiting for that ! Good man Nick, very glad to hear that you're back and running despite the recent injury.

Unfortunately not - did a very laboured 8 miles along a bit of the Viking Way on Saturday and a not much better 6 miles yesterday. Just no strength in legs at all - no energy - but RHR is also a bit up so I think I'm still a bit "virally" - spent the rest of yesterday eating so hopefully that will restore energy and this week can be good training. Got Caesars Camp in 4 weeks so need to recover fully for that!
Re: High Peak 40 Challenge
Take it easy Rich. Rest and loads of sleep for a full recovery.
Re: High Peak 40 Challenge
Thanks Nick - yes, that would be the sensible option and for once in my life I think I'm going to listen to my body and my own advice!
