It is a very sad state of affairs but soon to be rectified..... no excuse really other than life in general :rolleyes:

Tempted to take the day off given that 'summer' has appeared but I've not much leave left :(

If this beasty weather continues tomorrow i may be tempted to make the most of it and get a ride in before work.:D

I hope its as good as this for saturday whilst im getting lost trying to find fiensdale haha.

What a day to be out and about! 16 of us set off and with the help of a tailwind, we flew through the lanes out to Longridge and Garstang at a rapid rate of knots. Here I peeled off and headed through Scorton and through the Trough Of Bowland, Dunsop Bridge, Whitewell, Little Switzerland, Bashall Eaves and back to Whalley and home. Fantastic clean, dry lanes with a low traffic volume made all the more pleasant by clear skies and sun. Cracking ride, probably 70 miles and 4 hours.
