Hehe, well it was strange really. Was running about, then felt slight pain in the ankle, thought nothing of it because I hadn't been in any bad challenges, then after about 5 mins, I looked down and noticed a golf ball size lump on the inside of my ankle!

Went to med centre, and now confined to quarters. Ligaments they say.

I had an each way on What a Friend which nearly snatched 3rd from Kauto Star at the end! I was expecting Alex Ferguson to rush on and complain the race should have lasted longer :rolleyes:
