Today i will mostly be running 4 miles to work at 10pm and tomorrow at 6pm i will mostly be plodding home 4 miles to bed knackered:D
Another half hour run tonight - hillier route than yesterday and still going at a relatively easy pace- but getting there!!:)
My nose is the only thing running here for the last few days :(
A wet, lunchtime, 7 mile fartlek round the least scenic bits of York - hard. Then supervised a junior group on a steady 3 miler round some more scenic bits, but it was dark - easy.
6 Mile club run, managed 73oft of climb on the roads
It was slow, I felt knackered and jaded probably the hebden still in my legs.
We set off in relatively warm but windy conditions. We finished in freezing sleet and snow. Before the snow storm we had thnder and sheet lightening it was ace.
I just found out what 5 min/mile pace feels like. :eek:
(tried it out on a treadmill)
Shame I can't keep it up longer! :(
An excellent seven mile off-road run this evening expertly lead (and pre-reccied) by Millipede
after the 55mile epic on fri / sat night with one of the best characters in fell running , my legs have come back to life ,
14 isles of asda last night and hopefully a run round that amazing place called hayfield tonight if im lucky.
