Just been for a jog (cant really call it a run :o ) to get my legs moving again after Sunday's Yorky Marathon so have taken a late lunch with the cat who has just woken up at the sound of me rattling plates in the kitchen.

Bit of overtime this week and Sunday - payday next week with 3 months of outstanding overtime to collect. Caribbean is calling....

Made blackberry Jam this morning and some Rowenberry and crab apple jelly.

Now I'm just sat here finishing off the Navigation article for the fell runner...part two!
