It sounds like the going is pretty hard from the last couple of pages of comments and those Harriers have a sole like a piece of concrete so they're looking second best.
I'm looking forward to everything about this race with the exception of the 250-mile drive up from Windsor. And yes, it's been pretty hard to find hills to practice on down here!
Hope you're not planning on driving back straight after the race - Ranulph Fiennes post race drive ended in tears.

I'm running for sure but actually calling it racing is another thing altogether :)
Re: Three Peaks Fell Race
Right, I think everybody should post their estimated times & see how close they get. I'm guessing 4.10 for myself. But would love sub 4.
Re: Three Peaks Fell Race
3:40 hopefully more 3:30 though
Re: Three Peaks Fell Race
Good luck with that one Andy.
Probably a big fat 0 for me, calf injury is getting better but just not quick enough:thunbdown:, thought I'd be ok but perhaps not?, can't even run up stairs at the moment so may be need to be a bit realistic. damn
Good luck to all you fellow fellster's!!!
