Good to see some of you are out putting the miles in! I have a 10m TT tonight, so not many miles but still sore legs! Track tomorrow first thing too...

I guess comparing to your Derbyshire hills Darren it was flat yes, not completely pan flat but nothing to get out of the big ring for.

Glad you weren't too battered and bruised and more importanly the bike was ok x

And a hard track session this morning... and an almost pb on the flying 500m TT... :-O I must be doing something right?

Todays bike ride was much like yesterdays bike ride. Both with BillJ off these here forums, but without the puncture that he suffered yesterday !

Aaaargh! Overslept and missed the first set of track specific stuff on the turbo! I may get a chance to do it tonight, but doubt it... :(
