Juts got home from work... It is cold, dark and very wet outside... I am tired and hungry, but should really go out for a run...

What do I do? Cook food and make the phonecalls I need to make, followed by writing a press release and a begging letter for my charity?

Or go out for a dark and wet run with headtorch?

Get out for a run H, even if its just 30 or 40mins. It'll do you good ;)

I am going to make some food, make my overdue phonecalls and have another rest day, after all, I ran hard at the relays and 45 minutes of jogging out in the dark and wet is not going to make much difference to my fitness for Everest Mara...

Cheers, but less of the uncle please. Getting a bit sensitive as I approach 30, especially having spotted a possible bald spot in Stolly's photo! :eek: Big accident in Cambridge slowed me down. As did helping a damsel in distress at Corley services. She'd lost her wedding ring in a dark, wet, rainy car park. Guess who found it.:D
