I might have accidently ordered one...... I'm not sure why. I'm feeling left out from all these night runs! :(

Been in the deep south, Cheshire, visiting friends so two easy 7s around Delamere over the weekend, and then 6 today along canals with four stretches of a mile at half and marathon pace (two each that is). Planning on an easier week this week.
Due back in England next weekend staying by Hadrians wall north of Haltwhistle so looking forward to my running at the mo.

Warm up, 16 x 1 min off 30 secs jog, warm down.
Another run later on. Could get used to this training in the daylight routine I am living at the moment. (Back to work tomorrow :( )
I forgot my trainers :(
65 DRY miles on the bike up to the Heartbeatesque cafe at Horton In Ribblesdale. I say dry, we did have to ride 400 yards through a flood that came close to the hubs but apart form that - NO RAIN :)
2 miles, 500ft climb off road speed run. 14:55 minutes.
Would be a great night run if www.aboveandbeyond.co.uk would hurry up and deliver my new Silva LX head torch, ordered a week ago on Saturday! Never buy from these idiots they are lowering the prices like they need to get rid of stock but really they don't even have the stock in the warehouse!
Unbelievable. Sorry winge over!
4m to work on singlespeed crosser. First mile is uphill on a track, so sling bike on shoulder and trot. Cold and frosty this morning, slipped on some ice, went arse over apex and landed in a tangle of bike and unmerrylegs. Nobody about at 5 in the morning so swore me head off. No damage, only a bruised ego. 8m home nice steady spin and no dramas. Been swearing all day, think the shock of me fall has brought on Tuerrettes:eek:
3 x 3 mile reps on the road Just above L.T, good to be out in the dry weather today. :)
10.3 mile on the roads tonight with Sinatra & Tryfan, felt much better than I did in Sunday's half marathon. Enjoyable run tonight.
