Not looking forward to this as I've not done as many hill sessions as I'd've liked. I'm going for the kill or cure approach: assuming I survive, I'll be that much fitter if I do make it round!

ps I want to put "Gala pie-its the future" as my "footer" but as my IT skills are as crap as my navigational ones I haven't yet worked it out. ( I still get a description of the icon I want to put instead of the flaming icon!!) I heartily recommend to anyone wanting to impress with their culinary skills, Gala pie for starters.
