I'm sure I heard somewhere that sex before a race is good for female athletes.

Remember way back in 1988, went out round Halifax one Saturday night with then girlfriend, back to her's for a horlicks (ok intercourse) home and in bed for 3am, then ran the Leeds Marathon on Sunday. It was my first and only Marathon, my tapering technique was a disaster:eek:
