Week 3 Day 1:
15/14/18/14/Max (30). After a heavy back and shoulder session in the garage this morning. Bit sore!
I keep thinking about having a go at this; usually after a large pizza or a heavy breakfast! ;) Might try the initial test :(
Will doing this make my swimming any better, do you think?

Finally decided to read this thread and gave the initial test a bash not expecting anything impressive.
I was shaking like a lemon at 17 and had had enough at 20. Need to work at that. Can do plenty of sit ups so will be better at that. ;)
Any one ever done the 'sit up bleep test' - thats a killer.
