How many races to count - 8 is it??
Think I'll try and count in this next year - 8 from 15, should be do-able, do they use the same races as champs each year or shuffle it around a bit??

Booked the 5th off to come along for this. Whos is the course record of 11.06? It looks like they sometimes change the route resulting in 16m winning times, but a couple of times the finisher has been in the high elevens.
Not sure who that record belong to. We don't often do the short route as it doesn't take much water in the river to make it too deep. The extra 5 minutes is going over the bridge.Quote:

As soon as the hills began it was like i was going backwards the rate they were coming past me. I think Muker is one of those courses i'd prefer to run backwards.
