Come on Andy, I've been to Boots and got my photos processed quicker than you can type up the results!! Like GeoffB I'm going to blame the conditions (very windy) and equipment (mobile phone camera) for the dodgy quality of the photos rather than my complete lack of aptitude. Hope you're running gets back to normal Geoff.

Wanted to do it, as my mother in law used to live there!! Have walked up those hills quite a few times, wanted to run them now. Trouble is kids back from holiday weds, so am on family duty. ;)
looks a decent race, so i'll give it a go, providing I get over my knee injury. I'm glad the mid-week racing has started again; miss it during the winter!

I'll be there, either running or watching, depending on whether the Ibuprofen has kicked in. This race is just a week before my ankle operation, so there shouldn't be a problem!

The course was drying out nicely in many places yesterday, but still boggy in the lower field sections near Simmondley.
Take care going over the stiles, especially that last big one before the steep final descent down the heathery slope.
Even just walking up the second climb yesterday was hard work, looking back you see the ground falling away behind, and realise how steep it actually is!
