Hi, im targetting 165lbs I reckon, looking at my love handles and they seem to be decreasing again after a steady fortnight so on target :)
I was 11.2lb Monday but now 11.3lb so no change for me today.

working hard at the moment, 2 weeks after my operation having suffered Christmas and new year I final started running, weight then was a sloth like 88kg
the hard work is starting to pay of and the speed is coming back and the weight coming down to 83kg.
78 is the target so pretty please to be half way there.

Well Ive been off sick today, never got out of bed till after 4... sure ive sweated a few pounds off in last 24hrs but won't get too scales today :/
Having jumped on and off the scales five times this morning to double check, I can confirm that I've lost a pound. Don't know how as I've been eating too much and drinking lots of wine but anyway, I'm 139lbs now.
I'm 166 lbs now. My 'no cake and chips and alcohol abstinence in the week' diet seems to be working well :)

Ok! I weighed myself! I'm back in! Was 12st 8lb!!....looking to be 12st! No cake and beers February starts here!!.....or not! :)

Missed last weigh in as I was away skiing. But got food poisoning whilst away and lost half a stone in 2 days! Eeek!!! Much as I want to lose a bit of weight, that's not the way to do it!
I expect a more normal weight to return when I can resume normal eating. Update on weight as and when I can and then back to some training and a more healthy rate of weight loss!
Sorry for no updates. Since moving house I've been laid up with a chest infection, and no proper internet connection. I'll get back on it once I've recovered. Keep up the good work!

Patient is stable but needs to be referred to The Monastry and kept in isolation. Away from the mead and the hives.

I managed an official weigh in today, even paid a pound for it and BMI etc... im currently 12st 5lbs :) and my BMI is a healthy enough 23.6 :D

Sorry. Not been updating my weight. Still not 'right'tummy wise and so still not doing anything other than walking the dog and a bit of MTB skills. Managing to keep my weight stable but not lose any.
No change for me. Am back running now though so hoping that will change

Jeez how unlucky can one person be? My year is once more not going to plane.
Took a big fall off my mountain bike at the weekend and have concussion and some damage to the nerves in my left arm (hopefully nothing permanent). Another couple of weeks out of action. Grrrrrr.......:mad:
I'm not getting on the scales again until I'm running again. And it's only been the past couple of days I've even been walking properly, so maybe I'll start at the next weigh-in in a fortnight. I took the dog out for a proper walk today for the first time in a month, & my leg seems to be bearing up OK. So, with a bit of luck I can start running a bit the week after next, & then I can worry about getting the pounds off again. I've had to let my belt out a notch!
