It's a good point you make about "didn't they do well". I was surprised by how superior they were relative to a very strong field on all legs.
Team spirit? Or were the other teams just tired after a hard season targeting the nationals? I'll be interested to see how they do next year - the Shropshire hills should suit them.

I took a few pictures which are here. As I got up early on Saturday morning I headed up the hill and got some fantastic shots of the inversion layer hovering over Kettlewell, the moon setting and the sun rising.
