Anyone going up on the friday?
The time is here once again for the years heat wave to hit the Duddon Valley.
For me this will be the first race of the year, myself and Mrs Amex (who after a year of fell running will see how she has improved??????) last years time 3.11 this year ??
We aim to run the Short Duddon.
Hope to see all your happy smiling faces in the best valley the lakes.:cool:

Sorry had not seen this thread Daz pls ignore my thread about same, i am going Sat with Alizon her first fell race last year, she is aiming to beat her time i will trot out with her on short, then staying in Keswick i think for beer, as i have not had one for 6 weeks!Quote:

I'm doing the LAMM in a fortnight now (eek) and seemingly my legs are still a bit frayed, not for the want of trying mind! I'd intended on helping a PB this weekend but think it's beyond my capabilities at the moment but may pop up and do the Duddon short? Never enough time....
