not really much running nevermind races since last years snowdon race!
only races have been a couple of 1/2 marathons (2hr plus) and not much running at all since November, started on insulin for diabetes so basically having to build up from nothing :(
How strict are they concerning previous A race completion,within the last 12 months ? I have just filled my entry form in,but my last A cat of any distance was last febs long mynd valleys.I got injured shortly afterwards and kept fit on the mountain bike which took up all my time during most of '07.I have just got back into running races in dec,but only boxing day (devils chair) was a cat.A,but only a short distance.I don't want to wait till end of spring to add more race results incase i miss out.Do you think i will be accepted ??
