I'm out got injured last night at St Ives worlds longest 5 mile--- Heartbroken just Heartbroken to miss these Livi how would i see from behind if your a^%$ is their xx

Pretty sure I will be on for at least 2.
Dreading Wicken hill - its all over by the time I warm up (might ride or run down this year)

Run from home as a warm up Steve. Got a pb for this race last year after a steady couple of miles before the start!

Good plan - I might even arrive on time for a change. I hear you will be in Wales doing the Welsh 3000ers??? Does that mean you will spend Friday eve camping on top of Snowden?
