12st 3lb
Increase of 3lb
Need to get head in gear.
163 lbs for me. This no drinking in the week and eating fruit rather than cake (whilst being stressed out to max by the house sale from hell) seems to work a treat :)
I am currently in Sweden and have no access to scales (I believe Sweden has such things but I can't find any:D ). I've definitely lost weight because I can see signs of my ribs again and bits of me wobble less. I'm running every day which is helping and not knowing how to use the cooker properly also helps as my burnt offerings are putting me off eating too much! :D
(pity that the kanelbullar are so addictive though!)
My cheap electronic scales are fundamentally flawed. If I lean forward just slightly my weight goes down significantly. If I lean back slightly my weight goes up. I don't trust myself to maintain the same body position on the scales each week. I need the truth. Any advise on better scales to invest in?

Is getting weighed straight after a tough run, cheating? I was 12st less than 30minutes after the run, I'm 12st 4lb now a few hours later after eating and drinking

Right I'm now back fit and well post chest infection and twisted knee so need to get back on it. When's the next weigh in?
Wednesday
Had a sneaky pre-weigh-in weigh-in. Have lost weight but not as much as I'd hoped despite running nearly everyday. Will weigh properly tomorrow and hope that the substantial increase in ascent over the last month has created heavy muscle and I am more toned and honed than the scales lead me to believe!
12st 2lb please
Forgot weigh in this morning. I'll do it tomorrow morning
138lbs for me please.
Computer is now back running, and so am I 11:02lbs for me.
85.4kg for me
No change for me.

Gone the wrong way... 77.7kg.
Bloody hell I was 15st on the 1st January 2017.
Quite a bit to go just to be back to overweight
Cycling is the way to go Stagger. When I was overweight I found that I couldn't run fast enough for it to have any benefit. The weight fell off through cycling and now I can run again :)
Good shout WJB, I had a bike service voucher bought for Christmas, might have to take the winter bike down and then get the miles in.
Losing weight again. Wonder what's on my horizon?
I'm 54 now and despite my running weight gain is virtually constant if I'm not 100% on the ball with my diet and I'm not doing that :(. Heard loads of times as one gets older the muscle loss is progressive. So biting the bullet and cut back on running and try to do some gym work which consists of 15 minute warm-up and then a couple of circuits of weight machines as recommended by the gym instructor.
Im at in a month now, hopefully some visible results by christmas. Body Fat 23.4% on the border of Ideal/Average
After a 4 week lay off following a knee injury Ive put on 3kg- 1/2 stone. Feel very flabby and for first time in years Ive got a small paunch. I'm 6 2 and 12 1/2 stone so by no means overweight but flab wobbles when I jump up and down. Hope to shift it ASAP. Looking to introduce some heavy weights to augment the running.
