Thanks to Wynn and everyone for a great race. Mini-Merry enjoyed his first Lakeland race and says thanks too. Just got back tonight from a great 6 day break in Braithwaite.
Good night in The George Hotel, Keswick, after the race, a cracking Coledale Horseshoe recce on sunday (Thanks to Hanneke for the pics and nice to meet you) and thanks to Nee Bother for the race pics and the lift he gave me seeing him on Maiden Moor when i was dying of thirst (where was my pint of Guinness?) Fell Pony flag atop Robinson was a sight for sore eyes and legs, cheers for the (brief) drink Al Fowler.
Went Ape with Mini-Merry at Whinlater pass and managed a 7m circular including Causey Pike yesterday, cracking weather, and nice to meet Geoff B on friday:cool:
Thought you had to be 10 years old to Go Ape?
