i phrased it wrong i'm sorry i woke up at 5.30 switched my alarm off thought id have 5 more minutes then woke up at 6.30am needing to be in work at 7am i just made it :D

Another 4 day week for me thou thankgod!

no didnt manage a run
i made the fatal mistake of nodding off for 1/2 hour yesterday after work
resulting in not even one jot of tiredness all night.
its very boring through the night :(
so basically woke up at 5.30 tues morning and here we are
