This Marathon Training is gettin me down, did 22 Miles last Thursday and felt great, Done 15 today was planninig to do 17 and felt awful, my shorter runs seem to be harder and slower despite lots of interval work, hope this all improves soon !
Easy 5 miles on hill road and trails in the dark and rain, when will winter end!!!? Tired and a bit miserable after some hard training recently, though it doesn't help that work is rough right now, where do they get NHS managers from? Ho hum, hope to feel fresher tomorrow after an early night.

7.5 miles. From Rhyd Dhu up to Bwlch Cwm Llan then down to Watkins Path then back over the same way, too windy and rainy to bother going high, on the way back did a 1 mile burst back up the track as a good effort session.
Stick at it Freddie, you are putting in some good training and it will pay off. I'm sure you'll see things turn round when you start cutting back. At the moment you are running tired I guess but it will be worth it.
Just an easy 4 this morning as I was in a rush getting things ready to go straight off to Sunderland after work. Felt better than yesterday anyway so sleep helped, but I have a REALLY bad gut !
Heavey rain, hail and cold wind. What fun.

Keep going FREDDIE
4m to work on singlespeed climbing Ripponden bank. Finish at 12 20+miles including Cragg Vale climb rising 968ft over 5.5 miles into a stiff headwind:eek: Flew back down from White House in about 5mins. Bloody starving now, need food:D
Cheers guys !!!
Did 5.5 mile last night and felt knackered, had planned on doing about 8-10 but had no energy and felt really hungry. I think a few sleepless nights with with the baby being poorly and working till late from home has took its toll this week.
4 mile fast, well fast for me !!!!!!!!!
