Cup Team - Tim Ellis and Nicky Spinks plus Joe Symonds and Lauren Jeska (but does Mrs Stagger know something I don't?)

No because see is at the SLMM.
Mr Stagger had his ear to the ground and did the subbing. Jasmin Paris won for the ladies but Helen Fines was second.

I can assure you that Helen Elmore has never DNF'ed in her life. She finished this in around 4:20
