Hooray, new Fellrunner mag. Just the thing to read while resting and icing my sprained ankle. It's testing my tolerance because I want to get out running!

Agreed. Although now I have a choice:

(a) go out to club training run and work my little socks off;
(b) stay in and spend the next few hours reading The Fellrunner and doing as little movement as possible.

I'm in a similar predicament, I reckon with the size of this this issue, plus the Bill Smith supplement I could probably put off going out for a run for weeks!!! :confused:

Great article on The King Of The Fells Bill Teasdale MBE. When i was last round at Bills house in October he mentioned something about this. A true sporting legend and in my opinion the greatest fell racer ever as his record shows:thumbup:

Great reading and NB 101s on the cover too! My favourite bit was from the write up of the Shelf Moor race; " The course was well-watered overnight, ensuring that none of the runners suffered from dry feet,".

got mine too today , thats my tea breaks taken care of for foreseable future :thumbup:
