The cycling as far as I am concerned and from the experience I have had of being at the velodrome and meeting the guys and watching them train, albeit before Sir was Sir are absolutely to form except to an untrained eye. (Chris came out of that bend on the track looking like he was trailing, but remember the added distance on the bank, as in staggered starts).
I for one will take away from these Olympics something that will be positive because there hasn't been much else to be poitive about with the economy and the trouble in Syria. I will not be engaging in any petty arguments, as I said before 'it is easy to criticise from the armchair and without any idea of what it takes to be at that level'.
Anyway as a result of watching it (ha even the News has been moved, wow) I have regained some real drive to push myself back to almost full fitness on the bike and I'm renewing my membership to my old club. I'll even be trying to get my 10k down to sub 30 minutes :w00t:
As long as it fits in with my work of course.
Enjoy, only a few days to go and don't forget to tune in at 8.55 pm tonight, we had Allyson last night what does tonights have in store.
:)
