Had a wonderfull holiday, good weather, good amount of climb and yes Ozzy did beast us, well me at least. See you at the Hobble, don't know if I'm doing it ,the mrs certainly is, but I'll be there in a supporting roll anyway.;)

See you there if not before, probably doing the Noon Stone next. Was at the Wadsworth Half on Saturday in a forward roll through the heather was even complimented on it, havn't lost me old parachuting skills;)

Sorry Wheeze....its a difficult time for me...not run for over 4 weeks now and have been riding exercise bike in the garage in dark for prolonged periods...I expect i'll look a bit perkier in a few weeks:cool:
