The good news is I never have to go back into the Hare and Hounds ever again. I never have to be nice to the landlord! - but enough of that :D

My back just went last Tuesday - I spose that to do with being well over 40!!!

Yep...saw the photos'. Looked like you were well wrapped up...with gloves too! Did you get rained on during the race? Sedbergh was fine for seniors race but chucked it down on the poor youngsters (apparently...I was in the pub getting medical attention - beer and chips)
