Celebrated with 7:30 run Barden Tower to Simon's seat, descending thru valley of desolation. Back in time for breakfast fare* with the missus..:cool:...then tour of Townley Hall at Burnley. Good place for a (non-runner's) day out :)

Thanks Steve, all seems to be going well, just an easy 6.25 miles/2250ft today. Close to 100,000ft of ascent since recovering from the injury in Feb.
