After a large bottle of Cobra, DT accidentally confessed he's been feasting on 20p shots of jelly beans at work.......and he ate three fairy cakes today :w00t: Named and shamed DT!!!

Today is fish and chip Friday, but I don't really fancy fish and chips, so I will probably go for a healthy salad instead :closed:
(Although I do have a bag of donuts in my bag as a treat for my friend's birthday)

A nice fresh (still warm) small granary loaf from Morrisons this morning cut thickly (the only way I know) and smothered with strawberry jam.

*I had a belting pork pie from the butchers by the dry-cleaners instead. Still warm it was and 'not long been jellied' according to the lass behind the counter :closed:

Still the same as what I was in July. Guessing this must be my stable weight.
Happy at twelve and a half stone for the rest of this year but would really like to race under 12st in 2012.

I dread to think what my current work project is doing to my weight, there's a steady stream of treats, and I'm working pretty much all my waking hours, so only managing the odd snatched short run here and there :o Putting weight on this far before Xmas can only end in disaster :o Still, gives me more to aim for come January :closed:

I'm new on this thread - currently weighing in at 10st 10 with a view to dropping it to 10st 5 or so (without putting my BMI into single figures though...)
I don't know what I weigh because I don't have any scales but I think I have lost a couple pounds since the summer by the look of things. I am hoping that now my workload looks to be slightly less crazy I'll get more long runs in and lose a couple more helping me to get up those hills easier.:)

Well for the first time this century, and despite being on a full cake (but with lots of running) diet, stolly has left the 12 stone something chubsters far behind and has just scraped into the 11 stone something not quite so chubsters brigade. 167 pounds :)

Well I weighed in at 180lb this morning and I was fairly happy.
From March till October I had been around or below 175lb.
Just ate and drank what I liked for last 2 weeks and climbed a couple of pounds.
But all in all a successfull year in the weight loss department.
Not weighed myself for aaaaaages. Not had time for running for aaaaaaaages and not been eating like a good girl for aaaaaaages :o I think I'll get a run or two done before I attempt get on the scales :closed:

Though frankly it's not up to much as people can't seem to decide what they want to do with it.
