PS - cheers for the comments on the photos from Sunday, Pinto - wish i'd taken more but my hands had frozen up...
5.2 miles at marathon pace
7 miles trail over to the golf balls on Hambeldon and looped back round to baxenden golf course, Spire Farm, Coppice & home. Had to force myself to get out, did not feel like moving when I got up after a night shift - as always I always feel better for it but quite often motivating yourself to get out is harder than the actual run.
Too true, Ady, know the feeling well;) Motivating myself for a short sharp ride now.
90mins or so over Beamsley Beacon and Round Hill. Felt relatively strong; possibly because of the large Easter egg I ate after breakfast
60 mins out on the mountain bike covering 11 miles. First time on the bike since last September. Another one here just tucking into a large Easter Egg while everyone is out.
12 miles on singlespeed, cold and me knee hurts, hope its summatt and nowt:(
From Hayfield up onto Kinder plateau where the mist came down and it started snowing. Managed to navigate to Edale Rocks, put on fresh gloves and waterproof and get back down to Hayfield. Glad I had my compass with me (and even gladder that I went on the FRA navigation course ten days ago!)
