hi Ady - it's from the round rotherham 50 miler. Not been right since it started at about 35 miles in I've run and swam since the race but it's pretty painful.Quote:

I've done quite a bit this last week both on the bike and running - still stiff but at least I can run, will have to slowly start building the speed up. May do the FR on Boxing day at Marl Pits - is good to be back in the hills though - real downer when I couldn't run. Have fun in the lakes, I will be in work :mad:
